Tableware Hire Options

Depending on your catering needs and the services required, we offer a selection of plates, cutlery, glassware, and serving bowls available to hire. Where requirements extend beyond our current stock, we work with trusted external tableware suppliers to ensure everything complements your overall styling.

Table Styling on the Day

Couples will usually arrange for all tableware, tablecloths, and napkins to be delivered directly to the venue. On the day, place settings are typically laid out by you or your venue team and styled as you wish, ready for us to arrive and beautifully present your sharing platters and bowls.

Grazing Tables & Rustic Styling

For grazing tables or buffet-style catering, many couples opt for rustic, practical options such as palm plates, bamboo cutlery, and napkins. This creates a relaxed, natural look and allows for an easy clean-down, particularly if you are not planning to have a team on-site throughout the day. We also have a selection of suitable tableware available to hire if preferred.
