Tableware Hire Options

If tableware is not included with your venue hire, we recommend hiring plates, cutlery, and glassware from an external supplier. The supplier will deliver directly to your venue, and items can be placed back into the provided crates for collection and servicing the following day.

Table Styling on the Day

On the day, place settings are arranged by you, your venue team, or stylists. We can advise in advance on platter sizes and the space required, and we will style and present everything beautifully according to your table plan, ready for your guests to be seated. We are also happy to move or adjust posies and tealights as needed to accommodate the platters. If required, we can add fresh eucalyptus to style around the platters and enhance the table setting.

Grazing Tables & Rustic Styling

For Grazing table set ups many couples opt for rustic, practical options such as palm plates, bamboo cutlery, and napkins. This creates a relaxed, natural look and allows for an easy clean-down, particularly if you are not planning to have a team on-site throughout the day/evening.

Middle Eastern BBQ

Our Middle Eastern BBQ sit-down meal includes Moroccan-style mezze dishes, bowls, and dip bowls. If you would like to add matching dinner plates, these can also be hired on request.
