Our signature 2.6m rustic wooden bar brings charm and character to any setting. Designed to be effortlessly assembled at your chosen venue or location, it is styled with fisherman lanterns and vintage filament bulbs, creating a warm, cosy glow that sets the tone for your celebration.
Our Signature Rustic Bar
We provide a fully stocked bar offering bottled beers, ciders, wines, fizz, spirits, mixers, and a selection of soft drinks. Low and no-alcohol options are also available for non-drinkers and designated drivers.
You may choose to include a cocktail selection on your menu, or select a signature cocktail. We can also create a personalised photo frame featuring your names and chosen cocktail for a thoughtful, stylish touch.
Fully Stocked Bar & Drink Options
Our bar can be run in a variety of ways to suit your celebration. You may choose a guest bar, where guests purchase their own drinks, or opt to pre-pay for a set quantity of drinks or cocktails. Once this allocation has been used, the bar can seamlessly revert to a guest bar.
We can also provide drink tokens as wedding favours, offering guests a thoughtful ‘first drink on us’.
If you would prefer a fully hosted bar, we are happy to provide a per-head quote based on the duration of service, total guest numbers including both day and evening guests, the drinks you would like available, and whether you wish to include cocktails as part of your package.
Flexible Bar Packages
Professional Service & Glassware
The bar is run by our friendly, experienced bartenders. We supply all glassware, including durable polycarbonate highballs, half pints, pints, wine glasses, flutes, and shot glasses. Our bar team will also keep the venue tidy, clearing and managing glassware throughout the day and evening.
Licensing, Extras & Finishing Touches
We will apply for and provide the Temporary Events Notice as required. Additional services include welcome drinks, table wines, fizz for toasts, and glass bottles of water for tables. A complimentary iced water dispenser is placed at the side of the bar to ensure guests have access to water throughout the evening. A tea and coffee service can also be added if desired
Bar Pricing & Service Information
Our bar service is priced at £250.00 plus delivery, which includes full bar setup and stock, polycarbonate glassware, experienced bartenders, and a Temporary Events Notice licence where required.
We are also happy to set up and operate our bar stock and equipment at a bar already in situ at your venue or location. Please advise us of this when booking.
For all bar packages other than a fully hosted bar, a minimum spend of £500.00 applies. To protect both our licensing and service standards, we ask that no other alcohol is served at the venue. We do, however, welcome a reasonable quantity of table wines and fizz for toasts that you may wish to provide yourselves during your wedding meal.
